My birthday is August 1st and every year I love to snag FREE food, makeup, drinks, and clothes, and more! Here is a list of all the freebies I get and how to make sure you can get them for your birthday too!

Starbucks Rewards Members receive one free food or drink item of ANY size! You must join the program at least 7 days before your birthday and the promotion will automatically
be loaded to your mobile app. They will send you a reminder email the day before your birthday to be on the look-out for your coupon. You must redeem on your birthday.Â
Menchies Smilage Rewards members will receive $5 to spend on their birthday (sign up here). The $5 credit is placed on your account up to 3 weeks before your birthday and doesn't expire until 3 weeks after your birthday.Â
Join My Panera and receive a FREE birthday treat coupon to use during your birth month. Coupon will be sent to your account on your birthday!
Sign up for their eClub to receive free Bundtlet Cake for your birthday! The offer will be sent to your email one week before your birthday and it will expire one week later. Find Nothing Bundt Locations near you here!
Jersey Mike's Shore Point Rewards members will receive a coupon via email for 1 FREE regular sub and a FREE drink. The coupon expires 1 year after your birthday! Be sure you add your birthday to your profile.Â
Download the Firehouse App and join their rewards program. On your birthday a FREE
medium sub will be added to your app. Redeem in-store by selecting the reward and showing your cashier. The coupon expires about 2 weeks after your birthday.
Moe's Rockin Rewards members will receive a FREE burrito on their birthday. The free burrito will be added to your Moe's mobile app and you will have 7 days after your birthday to redeem it!
Download the Tropical Smoothie app and sign up for their rewards! On your birthday you will get a $3 credit added to your mobile app account. Use this on any purchase (treat it like a $3 gift card)! This makes a full-size smoothie just $3.03!
Chick-fil-A One members will receive a FREE birthday dessert. The offer is loaded into your mobile app (download here) and is valid for about 3 weeks after your birthday.The offer is good for one small milkshake, a cookie, a frosted coffee/lemonade, or IceDream cone!
Chipotle Join Chipotle rewards and download the mobile app for FREE chips & guac on for your birthday. The reward will be loaded into your account on your birthday and will expire about 3.
Join Cold Stone Rewards and receive a BOGO FREE coupon good for any size ice cream. The reward will be sent to your email about 1 week before your birthday and you can use it by entering your phone number at the store!
Join Publix Club Rewards to earn discounts year-round but also a special birthday coupon. Good for a free half-gallon of ice cream, frozen yogurt, or two jumbo cupcakes from the bakery! Coupon will be added to our Publix.com account and sent via email on your birthday. To use just enter your phone number at the store during check-out.
To get a free Barefoot beverage of your choice, simply go to Barefoot's website and enter your name and birth date. As long as you're 21 years of age or older, you will receive an email at the start of your birth month telling you how to redeem your free wine. Vaild in select states where legal (FL is one of them)!
Makeup
Sephora Beauty Insiders (free to join) get to choose between a FREE Makeup or Skincare Kit. The birthday gift changes once a year. See the 2020 options here. I choose the Moroccanoil Set All you have to do is sign up for their rewards and add your birthday to your profile. Your birthday reward will be added to your account and an email will be sent about 2 weeks before your birthday. You can redeem in-store or online any time during your birth month (or 2 weeks before). P.S. most JCPenny's have Sephora's inside!
Join Ulta's Ultimate Rewards program to receive a FREE beauty gift during your birth month! Join at least a month before and be sure to add your birthday to your profile. On your birth month, you will receive an email with your birthday gift code. Show the code to the cashier and redeem for a FREE beauty gift. The gifts change each month.
Join their rewards program and make at least one purchase per year to be eligible for a $10 bonus certificate to use during your birth month. The certificate will be added to your account on your birthday. They don't offer free shipping often but you can score some great daily deals and use your FREE $10. This year I got two body washes for FREE!

Join DSW's VIP rewards program to receive a $5 birthday reward. Better yet join one month before your birthday to get a $5 reward for joining and then receive your $5 birthday reward. Giving you $10 to spend total! DSW VIP members also get FREE shipping (no min)! So find something under $10 and get it sent to you for free, or us it towards a pair of shoes!
Angel Cardholders will receive an in-mail coupon for $10 during their birth month. Mine arrived about 2 weeks before my birthday. Use it on any purchase over $10!
Visit your local One Upon a Child and sign up for their Fivestars Rewards Program or click here. My local store gave me a $5 reward about 1 week before my birthday. It was $5 of any purchase and I used it on a cute toy for Eden.

Join Express rewards to earn a $10 birthday gift sent to your account! Use it any any Express or Express Factory Outlet or online! I scored a cute body suit that was on clearance for FREE! There are always great clearance finds for under $10 to use the coupon on!
Join Yankee Candle Family Rewards to earn a FREE small candle on your birthday. The coupon is sent the day of and you have a couple of weeks to redeem. It's good for any candle up to $13.50 which is around the price for one of their mini-jars!
