A Comprehensive List of B-DAY Month FREEBIES!
My birthday is August 1st and I love to snag FREE food, makeup, drinks, clothes, and more. Here is a list of all the freebies I get and how to make sure you can get them for your birthday too! I update this list each year to include new ones. Here is the 2023 version!

Makeup/ Clothes/ Home:
Sephora: Sephora Beauty Insiders (free to join) get to choose between a FREE Makeup or Skincare Kit. The birthday gift changes once a year. See the 2022 options here. All you have to do is sign up for their rewards and add your birthday to your profile. Your birthday reward will be added to your account and an email will be sent about 2 weeks before your birthday. You can redeem in-store or online any time during your birth month (or 2 weeks before). P.S. most JCPenny's have Sephora's inside!
Ulta: Join Ulta's Ultimate Rewards program to receive a FREE beauty gift during your birth month! Join at least a month before and be sure to add your birthday to your profile. On your birthday month, you will receive an email with your birthday gift code. Show the code to the cashier and redeem it for a FREE beauty gift. The gifts change each month- see the options here!
Build a Bear: During your child's birth month, you can build a Birthday Bear for the cost of your child's age they are turning. You do not need to sign up for anything beforehand or prove their age. For details click here.
The Body Shop: Join their rewards program and make at least one purchase per year to be eligible for a $10 bonus certificate to use during your birth month. The certificate will be added to your account on your birthday.
DSW: Sign up to get a $5 reward for joining their rewards program and then receive your $5 birthday reward. Giving you $10 to spend in total! DSW VIP members also get free shipping (no min). The reward will be loaded into your account and come via USPS mail.
Victoria Secret: Angel Cardholders will receive an in-mail coupon for $10 during their birth month. Mine arrived about 2 weeks before my birthday. Use it on any purchase over $10! Sign up for PINK rewards for a percentage off discount on your birthday too!
PacSun: Sign up today to get rewards year-round and get a $5 reward loaded into your account during your birth month. Redeem in-store or hold off and use it when they offer free shipping online (about every 2 weeks)!
Express: Join Express rewards to earn a $10 birthday gift sent to your account! Use it at any Express or Express Factory Outlet or online! There is always some great clearance finds for under $10 to use the coupon on.
Yankee Candle: Join Yankee Candle Family Rewards to earn a FREE small candle on your birthday. The coupon is sent the day of and you have a couple of weeks to redeem it. It works for any candle up to $13.50, around the price for one of their mini-jars.
Kohls: Join Kohls rewards to earn $5 Kohls Cash sent to our email on your birthday! Shop in-store or online and treat it as a gift card.
Grove Collaborative: You can get a HUGE FREE welcome gift if you sign up here! And if you keep your account (note you do NOT have to pay for the subscription to have an active account) you will get a FREE birthday gift with any purchase.

Starbucks: Starbucks Rewards Members receive one free food or drink item of ANY size! You must join the program at least 7 days before your birthday and the promotion will automatically be loaded to your mobile app. They will send you a reminder email the day before your birthday to be on the lookout for your coupon. You must redeem it on your birthday.
Crumbl Cookie: Free Cookie, be sure to download their mobile app and add your birthday into your account settings.
Panera Bread: Join My Panera and receive a FREE birthday treat coupon to use during your birth month. A coupon will be sent to your account on your birthday!
Nothing Bundt Cakes: Sign up for their eClub to receive a free Bundtlet Cake for your birthday. The offer will be sent to your email one week before your birthday and it will expire one week later. Find Nothing Bundt Locations near you here!
Jersey Mike's: Shore Point Rewards members will receive a coupon via email for 1 FREE regular sub and a FREE drink. The coupon expires 1 year after your birthday! Be sure you add your birthday to your profile.
Firehouse Subs: Download the Firehouse App and join their rewards program. On your birthday a FREE medium sub will be added to your app. Redeem in-store by selecting the reward and showing your cashier. The coupon expires about 2 weeks after your birthday.
Moe's: Moe's Rockin Rewards members will receive a FREE burrito on their birthday. The free burrito will be added to your Moe's mobile app and you will have 7 days after your birthday to redeem it!
Menchie's: Menchies Smilage Rewards members will receive $5 to spend on their birthday (sign up here). The $5 credit is placed on your account up to 3 weeks before your birthday and doesn't expire until 3 weeks after your birthday.
Chick-fil-A: One members' will receive a FREE birthday reward. The offer is loaded into your mobile app (download here) and is valid for any sandwich or nugget entree!
Chipotle: Join Chipotle rewards and download the mobile app for FREE chips & guac for your birthday. The reward will be loaded into your account on your birthday and will expire about 3 weeks later.
Cold Stone: Join Cold Stone Rewards and receive a BOGO FREE coupon good for any size of ice cream. The reward will be sent to your email about 1 week before your birthday and you can use it by entering your phone number at the store!
Publix: Join Club Publix and get a free treat coupon sent to your account. Good for cake or ice cream! You will also get an anniversary gift each year (from the day you joined) for a FREE bouquet of flowers.
